Church of Santa Anna
The Church of Santa Anna is located in the square of l'Església de l'Estartit, at the point where the main commercial and tourist axis of the municipality begins.
We find its origin in the 18th century, although the structure as we see it today belongs to the reform and expansion carried out in 1920. This work was financed by the family of Pere Coll i Rigau in his memory. He was an "indiano" and responsible for the reintroduction of rice cultivation in Pals.
Visit L'Estartit
The most impressive marine nature reserve
L'Estartit is a magnificent destination to enjoy a few days of active tourism. The fabulous seabed of the Medes islands, a large reserve of marine fauna and flora, is considered one of the most outstanding natural areas of natural interest in the whole of the Mediterranean.
This environment makes l'Estartit a fantastic place to enjoy all kinds of water sports (sailing, scuba diving, kayaking, snorkelling, etc.). The Montgrí Natural Park is also a magnificent place for excursions and visits to the wetlands, the picturesque fortified farmhouses and the beautiful landscapes of the Empordà.
The town centre also has some highly recommended spots and spaces, such as the Punta del Molinet, the marina or Santa Anna street, where most of the town's shops are located. L'Estartit also has an interesting gastronomic offer, with several options to enjoy traditional, Italian or Mexican cuisine, among others.
