La Rubina beach
Also known as "wild beach", it is located between the main beach of Empuriabrava and the Santa Margarida beach (Roses).
La Rubina beach is an area that has managed to remain isolated from the urban boom. Thanks to this fact, there are no buildings around it and it is located in front of a natural area surrounded by dunes where there is only one campsite.
It is a fine sandy beach and is almost two kilometres long. It is easily accessible on foot or by car, and is usually frequented by families, as there is plenty of space for children to play. It also has a bar area, showers, toilets, Red Cross and parking area. All kinds of water sports can be practised here and it is accessible for people with reduced mobility thanks to the installation of walkways. At the end near Santa Margarida beach, access with dogs is allowed.

The navigable town
Seeing a map or an aerial photograph of Empuriabrava is more than enough to understand its enormous uniqueness. Empuriabrava is a residential centre criss-crossed by navigable canals and built according to the Venetian urban model. It currently has 24 kilometres of navigable inland canals, a true natural paradise for nautical enthusiasts.
Due to its nature, Empuriabrava is a very touristic town where you will find a wide range of holiday homes to buy or rent from Inmobiliaria Montse. Fans of adventure sports also have in Empuriabrava a reference to take into account, as this Alt Empordà town has a sports aerodrome with a wind tunnel where you can go skydiving.
