Empuriabrava beach
This is the main beach of Empuriabrava and therefore has a high occupancy rate. It comprises the area between the mouth of the river Muga and the port of Empuriabrava. It is also one of the largest in the area, as it is almost 1.5 kilometres long. It is an urban beach delimited by the Promenade, which leads to all the restaurant services offered in Empuriabrava.
It has several access ramps and walkways, adapted showers and toilets, and even a bathing assistance service for disabled persons. It is an ideal place to spend the day with the children and the family.
It has obtained several quality distinctions: the Q for Tourist Quality, Environmental Quality, ISO 14001 and Blue Flag.
