S'Alguer cove
Just 2.9 kilometres from the centre of Palamós we find S'Alguer cove. It is a small cove about 60 metres long, made up mainly of coarse sand and pebbles, set in beautiful natural surroundings. To get there, we must follow the coastal path, either from the Gori pine grove or from Castell beach.
Its rich landscape heritage includes a unique group of fishermen's houses that have been declared a Cultural Asset of National Interest, making S'Alguer cove a highly recommended visit. Thus, in high season, although it is located far from the centre of the town, it tends to have a high level of occupation.
