La Costa Brava | La Costa Brava Palamós
Vilahur House
Casa Vilahur is located in front of the Fosca Beach, and is one of the most emblematic historical buildings in Palamós, included as part of the local architectural heritage.
In 1914 Isidre Bosch i Bataller set the plan for the construction of this summer house, which was completed three years later. It is a noucentista summer house that stands out for the contrast between the white of the tower and the balconies on the third floor, with the exposed stone and mortar of the rest of the building.
The house is currently inhabited by the sixth generation of the Vilahur family, the founders of the house.
It is a highly recommended stop during our visit to Palamós, a place that allows us to take our imagination back to the summer holidays of the early 20th century.
