La Punta / La Perola beach
La Perola beach is located between the breakwater and the marina of Roses, just before la Nova beach. It is one of the most popular beaches among the population of the urban area, and therefore usually has a high level of occupation. It is mainly made up of fine sand, is about 353 metres long and is easily accessible on foot or by car.
It is worth mentioning the numerous services on offer: bar and restaurant, parking area, showers and toilets, sun lounger hire, etc. It is suitable for anchoring and various water sports can be practised. It is also accessible for people with reduced mobility and has adapted toilets.
It has obtained the EMAS and ISO 14001 quality labels.

The present-day Roses owes its origin to the Greek colony of Rhode, a founding nucleus that took advantage of the privileged location of this territory.
