La Nova beach
One of the main beaches in Roses is La Nova beach. It is located between the port and the dyke of Roses, in an easily accessible urban area. It is mainly made up of fine sand and is about 450 metres long, running parallel to the promenade.
La Nova beach area has many services for visitors: showers, footbaths, toilets, bar area, lifeguard, sun lounger and boat hire and a mini club for children. It is also accessible for people with reduced mobility thanks to its ramps and access walkways; it also has adapted toilets and showers.
It has been awarded the EMAS and ISO 14001 quality labels.
