El Pi cove
From Platja d'Aro, following the coastal path and once past Cala Sa Cova, we find the small and welcoming Cala del Pi. It is often frequented, especially by hikers and locals.
Cala del Pi is made up of coarse sand and waters with a rocky bottom that make it a highly recommended place for snorkelling or scuba diving. Due to its location and characteristics, it has no services for bathers.
Visit Platja d'Aro
In the heart of Costa Brava
Platja d'Aro is, with Castell d'Aro and S'Agaró, part of the municipality of Castell-Platja d'Aro. It is located in the heart of Costa Brava, and it has more than two kilometres of beach and a group of little coves that complement its landscape. This natural environment is excellent to practise nautical sports, hiking and BTT.
The town also gives us an important cultural and architectonic offer, with places like Roman village of Pla de Palol or the historical city centre of Castell d'Aro, declared Cultural Asset of National Interest.
