Get to know the most beautiful towns and the history of the interior of Girona! We will begin the excursion leaving towards Castellfollit de la Roca, a spectacular town located on a unique location: a volcanic cliff. We will walk through the center and, before continuing, we will visit a historic cookie factory and we will be able to taste them freshly made.
We will continue towards a medieval bridge of uncertain origin but of high historical importance, located on a very popular river in the region. There we will take a short break and soak in nature before continuing to the next medieval town, one of the most famous in Girona.

Once in Besalú we will take a guided tour of its historic center and, once finished, we will have free time to have lunch and admire its streets, shops, the Fluvià river and, above all, its spectacular Romanesque bridge and its important Jewish past.

We will end the afternoon in Banyoles, strolling around the Lake and learning about the geology, biology and configuration of its basin and the area. Did you know that the Lake does not receive water from any river? And, if the weather is good, we can even take a bath. That place is amazing!
