Castle of Sant Jaume
The Sant Jaume castle is located on the hill of les Tres Creus, in a magnificent position overlooking the bay of Cadaqués.
Its origin is not well documented, although it is believed to have been built around the 17th century as a watchtower and signaling tower.
Throughout its history, the structure has been destroyed and rebuilt on several occasions. The remains that we can see today belong to the reconstruction carried out by French troops during the Napoleonic wars.
